Basketball Recap: Kittson Central Takes a Loss

It was a good run, but Kittson Central unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 67-66 to the Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] Northern Freeze. The Bearcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Northern Freeze earlier this season, when they won 68-44.

Kittson Central's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County], the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-9.

Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] is facing Lake of the Woods at the right time seeing as Lake of the Woods is stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
