Carson Barlow posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. He struck out 11 batters over six innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Barlow and Amboy are taking a road trip to challenge Milledgeville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Barlow had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their match back in April of 2024 9-2.
