Basketball Recap: Wyoming Valley West Comes Up Short

Wyoming Valley West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 63-56 to the Elk Lake Warriors.

Wyoming Valley West's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Elk Lake, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Wyoming Valley West will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Mid Valley at 7:15 p.m. on December 23rd. As for Elk Lake, they will square off against Tunkhannock at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
