Calloway County had won four straight games and Sayler Lowe did her part to make it five on Friday. The Lakers simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Mayfield Cardinals 63-33 with plenty of help from Lowe, who shot 61% from the field to rack up 32 points in addition to six rebounds and four blocks. Thanks to that strong game, she now owns an excellent 46.7% three-point shooting accuracy.

The team also got some help courtesy of Kallie Franklin, who posted three points along with seven boards, five assists, and four steals. She has also also been stellar as far as shooting accuracy is concerned: she's posted one of at least 50% every time she's hit the court this season.

Calloway County's record now sits at 5-0. As for Mayfield, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Calloway County has already played their next game, a 73-34 win against Crittenden County on the 13th. Mayfield will take on McCracken County in a holiday battle at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
