Softball Recap: The Meadows School Takes a Loss

If The Meadows School was riding high fresh off their 19-9 takedown of Sunrise Mountain on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Mustangs came up short against the Sports Leadership & Management Bulls on Friday, falling 17-2. The Mustangs haven't had much luck with the Bulls recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Tessa Rosenstein was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

The Meadows School's loss dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Sports Leadership & Management, they pushed their record up to 19-3 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, The Meadows School will square off against Cheyenne at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Sports Leadership & Management does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
