Baseball Game Preview: Pleasant Grove Eagles vs. Laguna Creek Cardinals

For the second straight game, Pleasant Grove will face off against Laguna Creek. The Eagles will venture away from home to challenge the Cardinals at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The last three games Pleasant Grove has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

While Pleasant Grove's win against Laguna Creek wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Eagles had just enough and edged out the Cardinals 2-1 on Monday. That's two games straight that the Eagles have won by just one run.

Pleasant Grove got a great performance from Thomas Jensen as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over five innings pitched.
