Two weeks ago, Jackson South Side put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They were the clear victor by a 30-6 margin over Liberty Tech Magnet. The win was familiar territory for Jackson South Side, who now have eight in a row.
Meanwhile, if Humboldt were riding high off their 68-42 takedown of Gleason, that ride came to an abrupt end. Humboldt were dealt a punishing 12-54 defeat at the hands of South Fulton.
Jackson South Side were fully in charge the last time the two teams met, breezing past Humboldt 53-6. The rematch might be a little tougher for Jackson South Side since the team won't have home-field advantage.
