Baseball Recap: Flushing Comes Up Short

After flying high against Dow last Thursday, Flushing came back down to earth. The Raiders fell just short of the Frankenmuth Eagles by a score of 7-6 on Friday. The Raiders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Flushing's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Flushing wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Dexter on the 5th. As for Frankenmuth, they will square off against Bridgeport at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
