Volleyball Recap: Southeast of Saline Comes Up Short

The home team had come away the winner the last three times Southeast of Saline and Beloit had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. Southeast of Saline took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Beloit on Tuesday. Southeast of Saline has struggled against Beloit recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-14.

Southeast of Saline's defeat dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Beloit, they pushed their record up to 19-4 with the win, which was their 19th straight on the road dating back to last season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Beloit beat Southeast of Saline by a score of 2-1 later that day.
