Green Ridge came out on top against La Monte on Thursday thanks in part to Kali Young's efforts. Young scored three runs and stole three bases while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played.

Coming up, Young and Green Ridge will be playing in front of their home fans against Stover at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last time Young duked it out with the Bulldogs (back in April of 2024), the Tigers came out on top by a score of 8-1. Will another strong game from Young be enough to do it again?
