It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bucksport can now relate to. They were dealt a 44-0 defeat at the hands of the Stearns Minutemen on Friday. The Golden Bucks just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Bucksport's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Stearns, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-2.

Bucksport does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Stearns, they will square off against Dexter on the 8th. The Minutemen will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 25.71 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
