Berkshire has gone 7-2 against Crestwood recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Badgers will face off against the Red Devils at 5:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses dating back to last season for Berkshire and three for Crestwood.

On Friday, Berkshire came up short against Chagrin Falls and fell 7-4.

Sam Barcikoski put in work while hitting and pitching. He tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Barcikoski was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with one home run.

In other batting news, Bear Masink was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring three runs and stealing three bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Meanwhile, Crestwood fell victim to Lake Center Christian and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 12-0 to the Tiger.

Crestwood's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Berkshire, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 0-3.

Berkshire skirted past Crestwood 4-3 when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Will the Badgers repeat their success, or do the Red Devils have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
