Mathews won the last time they faced Charles City and things went their way on Thursday too. The Mathews Blue Devils came out on top against the Charles City Panthers by a score of 63-55. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blue Devils.

Mathews' victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Charles City, they dropped their record down to 3-10 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Mathews will head out on the road to challenge King William at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mathews knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully King William likes a good challenge. As for Charles City, they will host King & Queen Central at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
