Austen Mathews continued his hot streak on Thursday by dropping his third-straight game with at least six total tackles. He turned in his biggest game of the season, picking up a sack and making eight total tackles (3.0 for loss). With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 5.3 total tackles per game.

Looking ahead, Mathews and Cypress Springs will challenge Cypress Woods at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th. Mathews better keep an eye on Ja'Harvey Johnson as he's been one of the Tigers' best running back.
