Football Game Preview: Eatonville Cruisers vs. Orting Cardinals + How To Watch

The Eatonville Cruisers will head out to square off against the Orting Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Friday, Eatonville came up short against Steilacoom and fell 41-31. The Cruisers haven't had much luck with the Sentinels recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Eatonville might have lost, but man, Cole Fowler was a machine: he rushed for 28 yards and three TDs, and also threw for 269 yards and one touchdown.

Meanwhile, Orting strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They breezed past Washington to the tune of 50-0. The result was nothing new for the Cardinals, who have now won four contests by 29 points or more so far this season.

Eatonville's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Orting, their victory bumped their record up to 8-0.

Eatonville suffered a grim 61-36 defeat to Orting when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Cruisers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
