Hagerman waltzed into their match on Wednesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Richfield Tigers. That's more bragging rights for the Pirates, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Hagerman took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-13, 25-12.

Ava Chizum paced Hagerman's offense, picking up 14 kills. Chizum got some help from Alexis Beutler and her 22 assists. Chizum was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Hagerman's win bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Richfield, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Coming up, Hagerman will head out on the road to take on Gooding at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Richfield has already played their next contest (against Shoshone), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
