Soccer Preview: Hazleton Area vs. Wyoming Valley West        
        
		
             Hazleton Area has been on the road for two straight, but  on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will host the Wyoming Valley West Spartans  at 4:15  p.m. Neither  team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.
 Having struggled with four  defeats in a row, Hazleton Area finally turned things around against Wilkes-Barre  on Tuesday. Both  finished up on equal footing with  a  0-0 draw. The result was nothing new for the Cougars as the   squad haven't won a game since August 29th.
 Meanwhile, Wyoming Valley West entered their  game against Pittston  on Saturday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Wyoming Valley West fell just short of Pittston by a score of  2-1. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Spartans came into the  contest with a sizable advantage  in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings  (they are ranked 104th, while the Patriots are ranked 401st).
 Hazleton Area's  draw gives them a new season record of 1-4-1. As for Wyoming Valley West, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3-1.
