Soccer Recap: Trinity Takes a Loss

After soaring to six goals the game before, Trinity was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They lost 5-0 to the Midland Classical Academy Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Midland Classical Academy this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-6 back in January.

Trinity's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Midland Classical Academy, the victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 17-2-1.

Trinity does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Midland Classical Academy, they will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Fort Worth Christian at 5:30 p.m. Midland Classical Academy will be up against Fort Worth Christian's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.71 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
