Taylor County entered their tilt with Campbellsville on Tuesday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They blew past the Eagles 13-1. Considering the Cardinals have won nine contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Taylor County pushed their record up to 13-2 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Campbellsville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.
