Volleyball Recap: Chambers/Wheeler Central Takes a Loss

Chambers/Wheeler Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the North Central Knights. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Knights this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-1 defeat on Thursday.

Paige Schlenger paced Chambers/Wheeler Central's offense, picking up six kills. Schlenger got some help from Braelynn Schlenger and her nine assists.

Chambers/Wheeler Central's loss dropped their record down to 5-15. As for North Central, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

Coming up, Chambers/Wheeler Central will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Osmond at 6:00 p.m. As for North Central, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Arcadia/Loup City on the 27th.
