Tyler Tapaha commands the offense for Roadrunners win

There's no place like home for the Holbrook Roadrunners, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Tuesday. They came out on top against Blue Ridge by a score of 49-39 on Saturday. Given Holbrook's advantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 91st, while Blue Ridge is ranked 204th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Holbrook's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tyler Tapaha, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Tapaha has scored at least a third of Holbrook's points. Chase Salabye was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.

Holbrook has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.
