Highlands won the last time they faced Dixie Heights and things went their way on Friday too. The Bluebirds sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-2 victory over the Colonels.

Garrett Wiggins spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on four hits and racked up nine Ks. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.
