Soccer Recap: Walnut Grove Takes a Loss

Walnut Grove was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the Habersham Central Raiders.

Walnut Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Habersham Central, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Walnut Grove will take on Madison County at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Habersham Central, they will face off against Apalachee at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
