Bartlett has gone 8-2 against Larkin recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Hawks will face off against the Royals at 4:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Bartlett came up short against Prospect on Saturday, falling 9-3. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Josh Colaizzi put in work while hitting and pitching. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.

Meanwhile, Larkin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 5-2 to Fenton.

Larkin saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Adrian Gasca, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. That double marked the first that Gasca has hit this season.

Bartlett's record now sits at 8-13-1. As for Larkin, their record is now 2-14.

Bartlett was able to grind out a solid victory over Larkin in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 8-3. Will the Hawks repeat their success, or do the Royals have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
