Baseball Recap: Plainfield North Comes Up Short

Plainfield North lost to Minooka on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Tigers fell 5-1 to the Indians. The Tigers just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Plainfield North's loss dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Minooka, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season.

While Plainfield North had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
