Volleyball Recap: Casey-Westfield's Victory on Wednesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Casey-Westfield had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Lawrenceville Indians. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Indians on October 2nd, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

Casey-Westfield easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-18.

Hannah Schackmann paced Casey-Westfield's offense, picking up six kills. Schackmann got some help from Haley Schackmann and her 15 assists. Ava Goble and Anna Karras kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Casey-Westfield's record is now 21-14. As for Lawrenceville, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-21.

As of now, neither Casey-Westfield nor the Indians have any future games scheduled.
