Basketball Recap: Hanks Skates Past Horizon with Ease

Hanks won the last time they faced Horizon and things went their way on Friday too. The Hanks Knights took their match with ease, bagging a 69-12 victory over the Horizon Scorpions. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 426th, while the Scorpions are ranked 1283rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Hanks got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Anette Hernandez out in front who dropped a double-double on ten points and 16 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Andrea Rios, who went 7 of 13 en route to 15 points.
