Soccer Recap: Cashmere Takes a Loss

Cashmere was the 1-0 winner over Chelan when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Cashmere fell just short of Chelan by a score of 1-0 on Thursday.

Cashmere's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Chelan, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cashmere will head out to take on Warden at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Cashmere will be up against Warden's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.83 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Chelan, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Omak at 7:00 p.m. on April 8. Chelan is facing Omak at the right time seeing as Omak is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
