Antonian Prep came tearing into Thursday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the St. Michael's Warriors by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Antonian Prep was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-10, 19-25, 25-19.

Antonian Prep had a senior duo take command as Anais Ibarra had 30 assists and ten digs and Carley Leal had 22 digs. Those 30 assists set a new season-high mark for Ibarra.

Antonian Prep's victory bumped their record up to 37-13. As for St. Michael's, their loss ended a 13-match streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 30-11-1.

Looking ahead, Antonian Prep is taking a road trip to face off against TMI-Episcopal at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Michael's, they will welcome Burnet at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
