Bennington extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Austin Kaiser. The Bennington Badgers put the hurt on the Gross Catholic Cougars with a sharp 68-46 victory on Thursday thanks in part to Kaiser, who went 10-for-19 en route to 23 points in addition to six boards and four blocks. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in blocks.

Blaize Jung was another key player, putting up eight points and five rebounds. He is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games he's played.

Bennington pushed their record up to 13-8 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.8 points over those games. As for Gross Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-16.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bennington will square off against Mount Michael Benedictine on February 20th. As for Gross Catholic, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against South Sioux City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
