Having struggled with three losses in a row, Louisa County turned things around against Monticello on Tuesday. They strolled past the Mustangs with points to spare, taking the game 40-23.

Meanwhile, Liberty hadn't done well against Fauquier recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Liberty secured a 36-30 W over Fauquier. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Eagles as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Liberty's victory bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Louisa County, their win bumped their record up to 10-8.
