Basketball Recap: Carroll's Luck Changes for the Better on Friday

Carroll needed a changed in momentum after dropping six straight games and they got it from Paxton Crane. The Carroll Chargers put the hurt on the Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger Saints with a sharp 54-28 win on Friday thanks in part to Crane, who went 8 for 10 on his way to 20 points and seven rebounds. The contest was his third in a row with at least ten points.

Carroll's victory bumped their record up to 4-8. As for Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Carroll will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against DeKalb at 7:30 p.m. As for Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Central Noble at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
