Football Recap: Cusick Takes a Loss

Cusick was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 36-14 to the Tekoa-Rosalia Timberwolves. The Panthers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 30-0.

Cusick's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Tekoa-Rosalia, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, Cusick will face off against Almira-Coulee-Hartline at 5:00 p.m. on the 27th. As for Tekoa-Rosalia, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against St. John-Endicott at 3:00 p.m. The match will give the Timberwolves their first taste of in-conference action this season.
