Softball Recap: Nicholas County Grizzlies vs. Hoover Huskies
After flying high against Braxton County last Wednesday, Nicholas County came back down to earth. The Grizzlies lost 12-4 to the Hoover Huskies on Wednesday. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since April 11, 2019, but that streak is no more.
Nicholas County saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Makenzie Hanshaw, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.
