Soccer Recap: Manning Comes Up Short

Manning was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Timberland Wolves, falling 6-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Wolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Tuesday.

Manning's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Timberland, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Manning will host Maranatha Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Maranatha Christian will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Manning surely won't give up without a fight. As for Timberland, they will welcome Philip Simmons at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
