Baseball Recap: Logan Extends Road Winning Streak to Four

Logan had won four straight on the road, but on Friday they bumped their record up to 14-2 to make it five. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Buffalo Bison 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-8 back in April.

As for Buffalo, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-10. That's two games in a row now that they have lost by just one run.

For Buffalo's part, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Caiden Craig, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Logan will square off against WestSide at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Buffalo, they will venture away from home to face off against Roane County at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Bison's pitchers better be ready for this one: the Raiders have averaged an impressive 6.5 runs per game this season.
