Robinson came out on top against Central Cabarrus on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run fourth inning. The Bulldogs skirted past the Vikings 5-4. The win continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won four in a row.

Jace Abraham was excellent, going 1-for-2 with one triple and two RBI. That triple marked the first that he has hit this season. Aury Greenfield was another key player, going 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Robinson's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-12. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.7 runs over those games. As for Central Cabarrus, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Robinson will square off against rival East Rowan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Central Cabarrus is set to challenge their familiar foe Concord at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
