Basketball Recap: Grady Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Grady entered their tilt with Canarsie on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Canarsie Wolfpack by a score of 46-36. This was a revenge game for the Falcons: when they faced off against the Wolfpack back in December of 2024, they had to take a 55-43 loss.

The victory got Grady back to even at 4-4. As for Canarsie, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grady will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Thomas Jefferson Campus at 4:30 p.m. on February 5th. After both having extra time off, Canarsie and Frank J. Macchiarola will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 4:30 p.m. on January 28th.
