Seton waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They snuck past the Oakcrest Chargers with a 44-40 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Conquistadors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Seton's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Oakcrest, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-3 record this season.

Seton will finish 2024 at home by hosting Falls Church at 12:45 p.m. on December 27th. As for Oakcrest, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on St. Stephen's & St. Agnes at 7:00 p.m. on January 10, 2025. Oakcrest is facing St. Stephen's & St. Agnes at the right time seeing as St. Stephen's & St. Agnes is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
