Volleyball Recap: Kittitas Coyotes vs. Cle Elum-Roslyn Warriors
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Tri-Cities Prep, Kittitas was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Cle Elum-Roslyn Warriors 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Coyotes have posted against the Warriors since September 8, 2016.
Kittitas never let Cle Elum-Roslyn on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-22, 25-14.
Lauren Jensen paced Kittitas' offense, picking up 13 kills. Jensen got some help from
Addison Conley and her 28 assists. Conley was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.
Kittitas has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record this season. As for Cle Elum-Roslyn, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-14.
Kittitas wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against La Salle on the 2nd. Cle Elum-Roslyn does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
