Football Recap: Polytechnic Comes Up Short on the Road Against Mineral Wells

Polytechnic kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They were dealt a 54-0 loss at the hands of the Mineral Wells Rams. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Parrots of the 49-14 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Looking ahead, Polytechnic will host Creekview at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Mineral Wells, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on Iowa Park at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
