Lafayette Central Catholic is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50 points per game this season.

Lafayette Central Catholic is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They came out on top against Twin Lakes by a score of 60-47 on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Ray Clayton was a one-man wrecking crew for Lafayette Central Catholic as he went 6 for 8 on his way to 15 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Charlie Seaburg, who posted nine points.

Meanwhile, Covington can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Western Boone 53-51.

Covington's win came from a few key players Lafayette Central Catholic will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Kaden Smith, who had 15 points and seven rebounds. Those 15 points gave him a new career-high. Urban Roarks was another key player, going 5 of 7 on his way to 14 points.

Lafayette Central Catholic's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Covington, their victory bumped their record up to 3-5.
