Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kenton). They were the clear victors by a 22-5 margin over the Perry Commodores on Wednesday. With that win, the Wildcats brought their scoring average up to 6.8 runs per game.

Kylee Kavanaugh made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over five innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-5 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
