Soccer Recap: Woodside Takes a Loss

After flying high against Manor on Friday, Woodside came back down to earth. The Wolverines came up short against the Gloucester Dukes on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Woodside couldn't quite close it out.

Woodside's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5-1. As for Gloucester, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-1-1.

Looking ahead, Woodside will head out to challenge Kecoughtan at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Woodside will need to watch out since Kecoughtan have now posted at least four goals in their last three contests. As for Gloucester, they will be playing at home against Arcadia at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
