Volleyball Recap: Valley Christian Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It was a proper cat-fight when Valley Christian took on Wilbur-Creston-Keller on Saturday. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Wildcats. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost eight in a row.

While Valley Christian was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-23, 25-13.

Valley Christian now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Wilbur-Creston-Keller, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Valley Christian is set to take on their familiar foe Almira-Coulee-Hartline at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Wilbur-Creston-Keller will face off against rival Wellpinit at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
