Basketball Recap: Rison Takes a Loss

Rison and Fouke squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Rison had to settle for second. They received a blow as they fell 70-51 to the Fouke Panthers. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 125th in Arkansas, while the Panthers are ranked 40th in Arkansas).

Rison's defeat dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Fouke, the win (which was their 16th in a row) raised their record to 29-5.

As of now, neither Rison nor Fouke have any future games scheduled.
