Volleyball Recap: Lutheran North Takes a Loss

Lutheran North lost against MICDS back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Crusaders lost 3-0 to the Rams. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-7, 25-20.

Lutheran North's offense was headlined by Jayla Everage and Haley Nelson, who picked up two kills apiece. Everage really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with six. She also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Joy WIlson, racking up three apiece.

Lutheran North's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for MICDS, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.

Coming up, Lutheran North will challenge McCluer at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for MICDS, they will take on Lift for Life Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
