Cajon waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 52-45 victory over the Yucaipa Thunderbirds. This was a revenge game for the Cowboys: when they faced off against the Thunderbirds back in January, they had to take a 43-42 loss.

When it comes to explaining why Yucaipa lost, don't look at Jaxon Lerma. Despite the final result, he went 6 of 8 en route to 17 points along with six assists and six boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Malik Young, who posted 16 points.

Cajon is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.7 points per game. As for Yucaipa, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 22-5.

As of now, neither Cajon nor Yucaipa have any future games scheduled.
