Baseball Game Preview: Crane Cranes vs. Stanton Buffaloes

The Crane Cranes are taking a road trip to square off against the Stanton Buffaloes at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Stanton took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Crane, who comes in off a win.

Crane took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They walked away with a 5-1 win over Compass Academy. The victory was some much needed relief for the Cranes as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Stanton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 18-7 to Compass Academy.

Stanton saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aiden Stone, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Stanton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Crane, their win bumped their record up to 7-9.

Crane came out on top in a nail-biter against Stanton in their previous matchup back in March, sneaking past 4-3. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cranes since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
