Logansport entered their tilt with Caston on Thursday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Comets  a   14-0 shutout. Considering the Berries have won ten contests by more than seven  runs this season, Thursday's  blowout was nothing new.
  Adrienne Scott was a standout: she went a perfect 3-for-3 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  stolen base. She is  on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as she's  now  snagged  at least one in each of the last three games she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Bianca Cortez, who  went 2-for-3 with three  runs, one  double,  and one  RBI.
Logansport's victory was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 15-4. Those  road  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Caston,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 3-12.
 Looking ahead, Logansport will look to defend their home field  on Tuesday against Huntington North  at 5:30  p.m. As for Caston, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Marion  at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday.
